Made a pre-order in July for two items and still have not received an update, although they are both in stock. In fact, one item is already out of stock.
Still no update, tried contacting and no reply. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I'd be still somewhat happy if I received an update or even a reply back but nothing. Just holding my money for over 5 months.

Was contacted and order was sorted out. Hopefully won't happen again, apparently they forgot to ship it out.
Made an order back in June, 6 months ago. Months passed and heard nothing, recieved no emails messages or anything with any updates. After several attempts to get a response was finally informed that one item wasn't in stock. More months passed and zero updates. Finally after 6 months I asked for a refund and was told order would ship the following week. Insisted on a refund. Was given no reply to this. Another week passed and replied to a post on their Facebook page stating I either wanted my order or a refund. Was then sent a text message saying a refund would take 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
One of my favourite little gems of Adelaide. I don't even want to rate them because I don't want to see them crowded and some out but after years and years of on and off purchases, I can't not recommend them. I'm just gonna regret the empty shelves
Mad Zombie has amazing items, not just for collectors but for the average person who enjoys pop culture. From Pop Vinyls to action figurs and so much more, Mad Zombie should be your go-to.
Just a shame that the customer service was lacking. In the time I was in store browsing, the woman behind the counter did very little to assist a customer inquiring about prices. And frankly, barely spoke to me - it was Saturday, the store was quiet. Perfect chance to engage with customers it the woman wasnt interested. Really put a dampener on an otherwise good experience.
Fantastic store to look for star wars black series figures. They have a wide selection of items. Friendly staff, highly recommend!
So many interesting, different items I have never seen before, well worth looking at
Great collection, but unfortunately the customer service needs a lot of improvement. When your supposed to open a store at a certain time, but your late, and then you go off and buy food and eventually open with no apology to also be met with attitude just isn't good enough in my opinion. As a small business your customers are everything and issues like this will hurt your business. When you may be paying for parking or you have appointments, people can't just wait around for when you decide to show up. Its not hard to be polite and apologetic for your tardiness.
